Quick, easy, and yummy are my 3 favorite qualities in a recipe. This has them all. It is perfect for a busy night when you want to just throw something together for dinner without taking up too much time. The kiddies scarf this one down,
although my son picks out the broccoli. The cheesy broccoli. Which after years of loving, he suddenly decides he doesn't like anymore. Sigh. Oh well, I guess I can't please everyone all the time. But it's quick. And it's easy. And oh yes, yummy! Have I mentioned that, yet? I have? Well, it is.

This is basically the Breakfast Braid, just changed up a bit. :)
You Will Need:
- 2 tubes of Pizza Dough (You can use homemade if you'd like, I went for convenience tonight)
- 2-3 cups chicken, cooked and cut into bite size chunks
- 1 large bag of cheesy broccoli, prepared (again, I went for convenience, but you could always cook u fresh broccoli and make your own cheese sauce.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 egg white beaten with a tsp of water
- seasoning of choice for the top (I like garlic powder and Parmesan Cheese)
- Preheat oven to 400* and spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
- Unroll your pizza dough on a large baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Pat the dough gently into about a 10x15 rectangle. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheesy broccoli, and mayo. Divide evenly into two. Sprinkle the middle of each dough rectangle only, with the chicken broccoli mixture. Top with the Cheddar cheese.
- Along both long sides of dough, make approximately 2 inch long diagonal cuts about 1 inch apart. Gently pull the strips over the filling, alternating diagonally. (almost like braiding, hence the name, yeah?) Fold and press both short ends under to seal.
- Brush lightly with the egg white and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. (I like to sprinkle the top with a little extra cheese, too, but that's just me.
- When nice and golden, take out, let rest for a few minutes. Slice it up and serve. Enjoy! :)
