Quick and Easy Piza Dough

This recipe makes a delicious, chewy pizza crust. If you like it on the harder, crunchier side, roll it very thin. If you want a thick, soft crust keep it on the thicker side.
You Will Need:
  • 4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 5-6 cups bread flour
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  1.  Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2.  In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let stand until nice and creamy, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, parsley and oil. Beat with spoon until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes
  4. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead just a few times. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes or so.
  5. Split dough in half. Roll out or press out with your hands into the shape and size you like.
  6. Throw on your desired toppings and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
