Here is another really killer delicious meal to enjoy on a cold winter's night. I whipped up some Hearty Beef Stew last night and saved some of it for tonight's dinner. So so soooooo easy, it's almost embarrassing.
- Simple preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Take your stew from the night before, toss it into a 13x9 baking dish.
- Whip up some mashed potatoes (I totally admit, I took the quick and easy route tonight with packaged mashed potatoes and doctored them up a bit.) and spread them evenly across the top of your stew.
- Sprinkle the top with a bit of garlic powder and season salt and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before you dig in.
Mmmmm Mmmmm Yes!
