My kiddies were SO excited about today being National Chocolate Cake Day that, even though I baked my ass off on a cake the day before, they somehow still talked me into making another cake today. So I hurried up and threw together this Chocolate Cake with Vanilla buttercream and strawberry filling. YUMMM!!
